ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Litigation Group, based in Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience , preferably in a law firm setting. The group handles a broad range of complex commercial disputes, representing clients across industries in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Experience in employment law, contract disputes, lender liability, or creditors’ rights is preferred but not required.
• Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Admission to the D.C. Bar (or eligibility for waiver/admission).
• Highly motivated and a team player.
• Similar or open mindset that aligns with the firm’s values and commitment to delivering excellent quality legal counsel for its clients.
