Litigation Associate | Justice-Driven Firm

This justice-driven law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its team — a group comprised largely of attorneys who previously practiced at Cravath-scale firms. The firm is currently taking on a major case to defend the rule of law against the administration, continues to advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, is minority-led, has a robust pro bono practice, and prioritizes environmental sustainability. Start date is flexible (post bonus season).

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a range of clients, from the Fortune 500 to closely held family businesses in their startup stages. The incoming attorney will enjoy fantastic mentorship, an extremely collegial culture, sustainable hours, work/life balance, and the chance to develop close relationships with clients. The firm also maintains excellent relationships with its attorneys who have eventually moved in-house (I.e. Google, Twilio, Gilead).

Base comp is $220k-$290k, DOE.
