About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with personal injury experience to join our growing team. The right candidate will bring a strong litigation background, ideally from the plaintiff’s side (though defense experience will be considered), along with a track record of stability and commitment in prior roles. Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation from case intake to resolution
• Develop litigation strategy and handle all trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Maintain open communication with clients, providers, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Supervise litigation paralegals and collaborate with the pre-suit team
• Negotiate settlements and manage post-settlement processes
• Monitor and support the litigation department’s KPIs and performance goals
• Conduct legal research, attend CLEs, and ensure full case documentation

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Florida
• 2–3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Solid judgment, client rapport, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently and efficiently
• Familiarity with legal practice management software
