Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation cases from intake through trial and resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal briefs
- Argue motions and attend court appearances in state and federal courts
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Oversee trial preparation and manage trials
- Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders

Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation, including:
- Commercial business disputes
- Professional responsibility
- Employment law and/or personal injury
- Strong motion practice experience (drafting and oral argument)
- Familiarity with California State and Federal Court procedures
- Proven trial preparation and trial management experience
- Skilled in taking and defending depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
