Key Responsibilities

Manage civil litigation cases from intake through trial and resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal briefs

Argue motions and attend court appearances in state and federal courts

Conduct and defend depositions
-
Oversee trial preparation and manage trials
-
Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders
-
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and opposing counsel
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation, including:
-
Commercial business disputes
-
Professional responsibility
-
Employment law and/or personal injury
-
Strong motion practice experience (drafting and oral argument)

Familiarity with California State and Federal Court procedures
-
Proven trial preparation and trial management experience

Skilled in taking and defending depositions
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational and analytical skills
-
Juris Doctor (JD) and active member of the California Bar
