We would prefer someone with at least 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in personal injury, property insurance, or bad faith.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include all areas of case management and trial preparation, including but not limited to:

• Client interface and meetings.
• Manages cases from inception through discovery
• Strategic thinking to zealously advocate for all clients.
• Drafting motions, pleadings, memorandum, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, etc.
• Handling all aspects of litigation, including contested hearings
• Management and achievement of case deadlines.
• Sound analyst, collaborator, and implementer of trial strategy to accomplish client goals
• Performing legal research and writing for motions and briefs

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar Association
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing civil litigation, preferably in personal injury, property insurance, or bad faith
• Experience handling depositions, negotiations, motion practice, and court appearances required
• Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing quality legal service

Salary Range: $70,000 to 80,000 depending on experience plus bonus structure
