Litigation Associate (2–6 Years) – Oakland, CA

AV Preeminent–rated boutique law firm seeks a Litigation Associate with 2–6 years of litigation experience. Benefit from mentorship by seasoned litigators, work alongside attorneys with decades of courtroom and trial experience, and advance your skills in a variety of challenging cases. The firm is based in downtown Oakland’s vibrant core, near City Hall and transit.

This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-stakes civil litigation cases spanning medical malpractice, product liability, employment, and business/commercial disputes.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively within the team and with clients
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
