Litigation Attorney

Fast- paced, well- known, and established plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm, with an office located in midtown Manhattan, seeks a dynamic, creative and experienced Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Attorney. LITIGATION ATTORNEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have personal injury experience.
• Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing.
• Plaintiff oriented.
• Must be able to handle and manage all aspects of automobile accident, labor law and premises cases other than trials.

LITIGATION ATTORNEY PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting and/or reviewing pleadings, defending and drafting motions, discovery demands/ responses, expert exchanges and other correspondence;
• Conducting and defending depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, non-party witnesses and experts;
• Case management, problem solving analytical and knowledgeable approaches to advocacy;
• Court appearances.

LITIGATION ATTORNEY SECONDARY DUTIES :

• Mediations and Arbitrations;
• Trials;
• Appeals;
• Must have the ability to travel to court venues within New York City 5 Boroughs, Westchester, and Nassau counties for in-person appearances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
