Litigation Attorney

The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation (Plaintiff or Defense). We're looking for a motivated, energetic candidate with a great work ethic, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using to support litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings with precision and clarity.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel regarding case developments.
• Negotiate settlements in personal injury cases, ensuring clients' best interests are represented.
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,032.51 - $110,834.85 per year
