Litigation Attorney

We are actively seeking a motivated litigation attorney to join our team.

Qualifications should include the following:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 1 - 3 years litigation experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Independently handle an active caseload
• Take and defend depositions (parties, experts, etc.)
• Draft and argue motions before a trial court
• Prepare motions for summary judgment
• Draft and argue motions before a trial court

Attorneys joining the Firm will have opportunities to work on a variety of cases and projects, as well as participate in and handle jury/bench trials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
