Litigation Attorney

The firm is seeking an associate attorney with 4-10 years of litigation experience. In addition to receiving a competitive base salary with benefits, associates will also receive a very attractive bonus structure relative to their performance. This is not an entry level position and the attorney must be prepared to take on an active case load from the start. A book of business is not required but will be considered towards salary and bonus.

Responsibilities:

- At least 4 years as a licensed attorney

- Conduct legal research

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

- Represent clients in depositions, mediation, arbitration, hearings and trials

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

- Advise clients on legal matters and provide guidance on potential outcomes

- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact cases

Requirements:

- Admission to the FL Bar.

- Strong legal research and writing skills

-Command of civil procedures and rules of court

- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
