DeLuca Law Group, PLLC (“DLG”) provides personal and complex legal representation to Nationwide mortgage servicers in the context of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other real property cases within a boutique law firm atmosphere.
The available Litigation Attorney role provides new hires with an opportunity to learn and grow within our practice areas. The available position will give an an opportunity to hone and develop litigation and procedural experience, as well as being able to demonstrate their ability to meet client and Firm performance expectations. The ideal candidate would have the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, exhibit an extraordinary attention to detail, produce accurate and high-quality work product in a fast-paced litigation environment. It is also crucial that the candidate be able to work independently and must possess strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Previous exposure to civil litigation and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure is a plus, but not required as DLG is willing to train the right candidate. Position is in office only.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and we offer benefits that include paid time off and health insurance.
