Litigation Attorney

Busy Downtown Chicago Loop AV Rated Plaintiff's Personal Injury practice seeks an Associate with at least 3-5 years of meaningful Jury Trial experience as lead chair who can competently handle Premise Liability, anad Motor Vehicle cases in both State and Federal Courts. The position will require the candidate to draft Pleadings and Motions, file documents online with the Court, occasionally attend Arbitration Hearings, try jury cases, take depositions and coordinate discovery and review demand packages with paralegals. The ideal candidate must have a get it done attitude, access to a car for occasional travel to Suburban and Collar County Courtrooms. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a 401(k) Plan, subsidized health insurance and an incentive program.
