Litigation Attorney

Excellent law firm in downtown Charleston seeks a trucking litigation attorney.

About the Role

We are looking for 2-6 years of insurance defense experience, preferably in trucking litigation, but will consider other litigation if there is defense experience. Require trucking litigation if experience is plaintiff.

Responsibilities

• Must have strong writing skills.
• Good client communication and reporting skills.
• The ability to work independently and proactively on complex litigation.
• Case venues are statewide.
• Occasional accident ‘rapid response’ work in the field is required in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of insurance defense experience. Will consider plaintiff trucking litigation experience.

Required Skills

• Good client communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in trucking litigation.
