Litigation Attorney

Our client, a respected boutique plaintiff's firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their Mission Viejo office. This firm represents victims of elder abuse, neglect, serious personal injury, and medical malpractice.

This firm offers:

• Office type: Flexible Hybrid
• Bonus: Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance
• Base Salary Range: $150K-$160K (DOE)
• Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401k plan

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience (Elder Abuse and Law & Motion preferred)
• JD from an accredited university
• Active membership in the CA State Bar
