Litigation Attorney

A well-established litigation firm in the Los Angeles area is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join their team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for attorneys with 1–4 years of experience, especially those with a background in insurance defense who are interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side litigation.

What You’ll Do:

 Handle all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

 Work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-value matters

 Participate in strategy discussions and client communications

 Contribute to a collaborative legal team focused on results and growth What We’re Looking For:

 1–4 years of civil litigation experience (California courts preferred)

 Prior insurance defense experience is strongly preferred  Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills

 Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

 Willing and able to work on-site at the Los Angeles office
