Litigation Attorney

Alder Law is looking for a Litigation Attorney, minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, to join our firm!

Alder Law, PC represents seriously injured people in litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, business torts and employment law. Responsibilities:

• Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel
• Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution
• Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions
• Propound and Respond to Discovery
• Prepare for, take, or defend depositions
• Court Appearances as needed
• Conduct Legal research
• Manage relations with clients
• Prepare for trial

Qualifications

• Admission to the State Bar of CA
• Minimum five years of Personal Injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Tech savvy

Pay: $160,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
