Litigation Attorney

Our client, a dynamic virtual law firm , is seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Staff Attorney to join their growing team. This is a full-time remote position with the option to work from the firm’s office in Arrington, TN . About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience and the confidence to handle matters from start to finish—including drafting, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda
• Argue motions and appear for hearings in Tennessee courts
• Work closely with attorneys and staff in a virtual, tech-forward environment
• Deliver high-quality work with professionalism and exceptional client service

Preferred Experience

• Trial experience
• Real estate litigation
• Contract disputes
• Business litigation
• Probate litigation

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee law license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
