TempExperts is seeking a driven Litigation Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join a dynamic legal team in Tallahassee, FL. This role offers exposure to a wide range of practice areas, including education law, employment and labor, personal injury, and general tort litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to client advocacy, and eager to grow under strong mentorship while contributing directly to case strategy and client management.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation.
• Manage cases from inception to trial under the supervision of a partner.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and argue motions.
• Interview witnesses and experts, negotiate with opposing counsel.
• Perform legal research and draft motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and trial documents.

Requirements/Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• 2–3 years of litigation experience; interest in education law is a plus.
