Join Our Beachside Litigation Team – Attorney Position Available

Willis Lucas Law Group, a boutique litigation firm located just steps from the ocean in Jacksonville Beach, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Attorney with at least two (2) years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team.

Whether your background is in criminal defense, civil litigation, or both, we’re looking for a skilled advocate who thrives in the courtroom, excels at legal writing, and values a collaborative, client-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and memoranda, with precision and clarity
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and trial preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage litigation case files, deadlines, and discovery with exceptional organization
• Collaborate with our legal team to deliver results-driven representation

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in criminal or civil litigation
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office, legal research databases, case management systems)
• Professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
