The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to work on complex cases, advise business clients, and advocate for our clients in court and beyond. This is a chance to step into a practice where your work truly makes an impact—and where your professional growth is a priority.

What You’ll Do

• Litigate employment and business law matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with precision
• Conduct depositions and appear in court with confidence
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Advise businesses on compliance, structure, and legal strategy
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines independently while collaborating with a strong support team
• Draft and Negotiate contracts and agreements
• Assist clients with entity formation and corporate governance
• Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Active license to practice law in California
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience (employment and/or business law a plus)
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to lead cases from start to finish
• Excellent communicator, organized, and motivated to excel in a team setting
