Attorney

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Litigation Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including commercial real estate litigation, commercial unlawful detainer litigation, proposition 65 litigation, employment defense litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, insurance disputes and a wide variety of complex business litigation matters.

This role requires trial, arbitration, mediation and deposition experience, excellent negotiation skills, the ability to write clear and persuasive legal documents, and proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association.
• Experience in commercial real estate litigation, commercial unlawful detainer litigation, prop 65 litigation, employment defense litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, and insurance disputes is preferred.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
• Familiarity with Westlaw or similar legal research platforms is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
