What You’ll Do

• Champion Policyholders: Represent clients in coverage disputes, claim denials, and bad faith cases.
• Craft Winning Strategies: Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, and develop persuasive arguments.
• Manage Your Caseload: Oversee matters from intake to resolution, ensuring every detail is prepared to the highest standard.
• Negotiate for Success: Secure favorable settlements with carriers and opposing counsel through skilled negotiation.
• Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with a highly skilled team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 5+ years of litigation experience (first-party property insurance experience strongly preferred).
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
