Salary Range: $100,000–$220,000 annually (DOE)

Job Description:We are seeking a driven and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team in Beverly Hills, California. This is a full-time, in-person role only and is ideal for attorneys looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative law firm environment.

Entry-level attorneys are encouraged to apply. Previous Lemon Law experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates who are able to start as soon as possible are strongly encouraged to apply. This position offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and direct involvement in all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Appear in court, mediations, and hearings as required
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license or pending admission
• Entry-level candidates welcome
• Lemon Law experience preferred
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Beverly Hills (no remote option)
• Availability to start as soon as possible preferred
