Job Responsibilities: Lead real estate & insurance-related litigation from intake to appeal. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials. Draft motions and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications: 6+ years of litigation experience (with hearings and trial work). J.D. and active Texas Bar license. Experience with insurance defense, coverage disputes, or title insurance litigation preferred.
