Amundsen Davis seeks a litigation attorney to join the Firm's office in Clayton. Ideal candidates will have an active Missouri bar license and three or more years of experience in civil litigation; commercial litigation experience a plus. Prior experience handling all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, motion practice and oral argument in federal and state court, preparing pleadings and written discovery, researching and briefing complex issues, conducting fact investigation, and preparing client reports is preferred. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work well on a team are also required.
