Responsibilities and practice

The Louisville, KY office of Dentons is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will work in one of the premier Litigation practices on interesting and sophisticated matters from commencement to final resolution. The ideal candidate will be:

The candidate hired for this position will work collaboratively with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional matters. • Demonstrated ability to manage litigation on a day-to-day basis including the ability to draft pleadings, propound and respond to written discovery, gather relevant/requested information from the client, draft and argue substantive motions and briefs, and defend/take fact witness depositions with limited supervision

Other requirements

• Judicial clerkship experience is not required, but highly desired
• 3-6 years of litigation experience
• Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Kentucky and be in good standing
