Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team within a nationwide law firm. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in First-Party Property Litigation.

Duties

• Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are current, accurate, and readily accessible.
• Legal Research: Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and document preparation.
• Drafting and Filing: Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Discovery Support: Assist attorneys in managing discovery processes, including gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant case materials.
• Trial Preparation: Coordinate trial logistics, create trial binders, and manage exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related documents.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in 1st party property/property & casualty litigation, personal injury experience is also a plus.
• Multiple years of experience in civil litigation.
