Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, and court filings
• Maintain accurate case calendars and ensure compliance with all deadlines
• Coordinate communications between clients, attorneys, and outside vendors
• Assist with discovery processes, including document production and review
• Schedule depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Conduct client interviews and maintain regular client communication
• Organize and maintain case files and documentation
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and court proceedings
• Handle correspondence with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties
• Perform legal research as needed

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in litigation support
• Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience in personal injury law preferred but not required
