Litigation Paralegal

We are a growing local civil litigation firm seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking for a stable, long-term position in a supportive and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include supporting attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, organizing and maintaining case files, analyzing and summarizing medical records and medical bills, handling electronic filing through Florida’s e-Filing Portal, and communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed. Candidates should have at least two years of prior litigation paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with medical record and billing analysis and Florida e-filing is preferred.
