Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Perform document review and data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness of case files
• Coordinate interviews with clients, witnesses, experts, and other stakeholders to gather pertinent information
• Maintain meticulous case records, manage deadlines, and track case progress in legal case management software
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism

Requirements

• Over 5 years of litigation personal injury paralegal experience is required
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in legal drafting, proofreading, transcription, and document review processes
• Experience with legal administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management systems
• Familiarity with project management principles to coordinate multiple cases efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
