$190k-310k OTE Compensation


An AmLaw 50 international law firm is seeking an Antitrust Associate Attorney with 4 years of experience to join its growing antitrust team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on government enforcement, mergers, and counseling matters within the antitrust domain.


Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record (Top 50, Top 25% of class at minimum) Active Bar Admission in D.C. 4+ years of experience in antitrust law, including counseling, investigations, and litigation. Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired. Prior government agency experience, required Excellent interpersonal skills, with regular client interaction and project management responsibilities.
