Duties
- Engage with customers via live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information promptly and professionally
- Assist clients in navigating websites, completing transactions, and understanding features or policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools
- Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional services based on customer needs
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during outbound calls or follow-up interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction patterns to improve service quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong sales orientation with a passion for customer support and client services
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Experience in call center environments or with live chat platforms preferred
- Demonstrated ability in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and problem resolution techniques
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Previous experience with outbound calling, analysis skills, cash handling (if applicable), and call center experience is advantageous
