- Provide accurate information and guidance regarding Power To Fly's resources, job placements, training, and networking opportunities.
- Assist users with platform navigation and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

- Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the user's issue until resolution.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for experience in live chat or digital communication.
