Live chat support

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Live Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through live chat. You will assist customers with product inquiries, order status, troubleshooting, returns, and general account questions while ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, can multitask effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
• Assist customers with placing, modifying, tracking, canceling, and returning orders.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, call center, or online support preferred.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations si
