Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Live Chat Support Intern to join our team. This internship provides practical exposure to real-time customer support and offers a strong opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers with basic issues and escalate complex queries when required
  • Maintain proper chat records and follow company communication standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and polite communication

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for full-time work and rotational shifts (if required)

Preferred (Optional)

  • Previous internship or experience in live chat/customer support
  • Familiarity with CRM or chat support tools
