The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and information with the care and professionalism our brand is known for. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for couples as they begin their wedding planning journey with us.

Responsibilities

* Engage with prospective and current clients via our live chat platform, promptly and professionally answering all enquiries.
* Provide detailed information about our bespoke wedding planning packages, event design services, and vendor coordination.
* Assist clients in scheduling initial consultations with our expert wedding planners.
* Accurately document all client interactions, notes, and feedback within our CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with the planning team to ensure client needs are communicated effectively.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all our services to provide accurate and helpful information.
* Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
* Uphold the empathetic and professional brand voice of Cherished Ceremonies Weddings in all communications.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in online chat support or a similar digital communications environment.
* Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and patient approach to customer service.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.
