Touching Hearts at Home – Rochester, NY
Schedule: 5 Days On / 5 Days Off (Live-In Shifts)
Compensation: $368.50- $1842.40 per 5 consecutive live-in shift (Overtime Pay After 44 Hours Per Shift)
Lodging: Room and board included during shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Kind, reliable, and communicative individuals
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Support clients with mobility or memory needs (when applicable)
- Maintain a safe, positive home environment
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Reliable phone and internet access
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to commit to a 5 days on / 5 days off live-in schedule
- Willingness to commute up to 15 miles
