Live-In Household Professional — Private UHNW Family (Miami)

Elite Household HR is seeking an experienced live-in household professional for a private ultra-high-net-worth family based in Miami.

MUST HAVE NEWBORN CARE AND INFANT CARE EXPERIENCE. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity within a fully staffed residence. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, and experienced in working in private homes with high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily household support (role tailored: nanny / housekeeper / hybrid based on experience)
• Maintain organization and cleanliness to a luxury standard
• Assist with child-related or household tasks as needed
• Coordinate with other household staff
• Maintain absolute discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of live-in experience in a private household
• Verifiable references (required)
• Strong understanding of UHNW household expectations
• Flexible schedule and team-player mindset
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
