We are a loving, family-focused household seeking a calm, compassionate, responsible reliable, and nurturing live-in mother’s helper to provide exceptional care for our 2 kids, a 1 1/2 and 3 year old -and support our weekday routine. This role requires a commitment to ensuring the safety, education, healthy feeding and well-being of the children while fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone who wants a peaceful home environment, stable income, and a long-term, supportive family to grow with. People without "papers" are welcomed!❤ MUST BE GREAT WITH KIDS!

We are looking for someone long-term, grounded, emotionally steady, physically healthy, and free of obligations that might interfere with reliability (health conditions, etc.). This is not just a job — it’s a trusted role inside our home. Serious, stable candidates only, please.

What We’re Looking For

Someone warm, fun, dependable, gentle with children, and naturally patient

Someone who enjoys helping around the home

Someone who prefers a live-in arrangement for comfort, convenience, or stability

Great communication and a positive, mature attitude

Experience with children (especially toddlers) is a plus, but not required if you’re responsible and hands-on

Must be able to start soon

Role /Responsibilities-

You will be a weekday support system for a busy family with young children to help maintain a clean and peaceful environment
Typical duties include:

Helping with daily childcare routines-Provide baby care, including diaper changes, feeding, and soothing as needed

Meal prep for children- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, catering to dietary needs

Housekeeping/tidying- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime.

Playing or engaging with the kids- Educate children through age-appropriate activities, promoting learning and development.

Assisting with household tasks as requested

Occasional help with errands or organizing

Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns

Experience

• Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare or babysitting is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles is an advantage.
• Skills in cooking healthy meals for children are desirable.
• Familiarity with first aid practices is essential for ensuring child safety.
• A background in caregiving or related fields will be beneficial.
