Live-In Resident Aide / Personal Assistant – Housing Provided
Posen, MI | $14–$16/hour + Free Housing & Utilities | Full-Time Hours | Private Master Suite Included
We are a small, family-run adult foster care home seeking a dependable, compassionate live-in caregiver / personal assistant for a unique full-time position with housing included.
This dual role combines Personal Assistant duties earlier in the day with Resident Aide caregiving responsibilities in the evenings. You’ll live on-site in a private master suite and help keep both our household and AFC home running smoothly while making a real difference in the lives of our elderly residents.
Because this is a live-in position and a significant transition for both the candidate and our household, this position will begin with a two-week trial period. This gives both the candidate and Orchard Manor the opportunity to make sure the arrangement is a good fit before making the position permanent.
