Zoey Christina is looking for a fun, confident, and outgoing Live Shopping Host to join our team!

This position includes a guaranteed hourly base wage plus performance-based commission.

Zoey Christina is a women's party boutique offering cute party supplies, boutique accessories, gifts, beauty items, and trendy little finds. If you have natural sales energy, enjoy creating fun content, and feel comfortable talking to people on camera, this could be a really fun opportunity.

About the Role

You'll help represent Zoey Christina through live shopping shows, short-form content, product promotion, and customer engagement.

This role is about much more than simply showing products on camera. It's about creating a fun, welcoming, and engaging brand that people want to watch, shop, follow, and come back to again and again.

Since live shopping is a growing part of our business, we're looking for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to the table, trying new things, and helping build something exciting over time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Host live shopping shows for Zoey Christina
• Showcase products in a fun, confident, and engaging way
• Talk about product features, gift ideas, bundles, and styling options
• Interact with viewers in real time and answer customer questions
• Create excitement around products without being pushy
• Create short-form videos and social media content to promote upcoming live shows and products
• Assist with product styling, presentation, and merchandising
• Brainstorm new content ideas, promotions, and ways to increase engagement
• Research trends, products, and social media ideas
• Help grow our online audience and encourage repeat customers
• Assist with product preparation and live show setup as needed
• Securely package and ship orders from live shows.

This isn't a role where you'll simply show up and wait for customers to buy.

Success comes from building relationships with viewers, creating engaging content, encouraging repeat customers, and helping grow our live shopping community over time.

• Likes retail sales and is motivated by performance.Wants the security of a guaranteed hourly wage while also having the opportunity to increase their earnings through commission.

Bonus If You

• Have experience with Whatnot, TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, or similar platforms
• Have previous retail, boutique, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience
• Enjoy styling products, creating displays, or filming videos
• Understand how to create excitement and urgency during live sales
• Have experience creating TikToks, Reels, or YouTube Shorts

Compensation

This position includes a guaranteed hourly base wage plus commission.

The hourly wage provides a foundation while commission rewards sales performance and the continued growth of our live shopping business.

Because we're actively building this area of the business, we're looking for someone who is excited to help grow viewership, create repeat customers, and increase sales over time.

Strong performance, creativity, consistency, and sales ability all create greater earning potential.

This is a performance-based sales position. While every team member receives a guaranteed hourly base wage, the greatest earning potential comes from helping grow our live shopping business. If you're motivated by sales, enjoy connecting with customers, and like having the opportunity to influence your own earnings, you'll likely enjoy this compensation structure.

Position Details

• Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week to start)
• In-person position located in Newaygo, MI
• W-2 employee position
• Preferred availability will be considered, but final scheduling is determined by business needs
