Live Video Production Specialist

America’s Auction Channel is a live television network dedicated to high-energy, real-time auctions broadcast to audiences nationwide. We blend entertainment, sales, and live production to create an engaging viewer experience where timing, accuracy, and production quality are critical.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Live Video Production Specialist to support our live auction broadcasts. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role where you’ll be actively managing on-screen graphics, monitoring audio and lighting, and ensuring accurate, real-time updates as bids come in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage live broadcast production during auctions
• Update and adjust on-screen graphics in real time (pricing, item details, bid status, etc.)
• Monitor and maintain audio quality, including microphones and sound levels
• Adjust and oversee studio lighting to ensure consistent on-air quality
• Coordinate with hosts, producers, and sales teams during live broadcasts
• Accurately update pricing and bid information as calls and online bids come in
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to avoid disruptions on air
• Assist with pre-show setup and post-show breakdown of production equipment

Qualifications:

• Experience in video production, live broadcasting, or a related field
• Familiarity with live switching, graphics systems, and broadcast workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Quick decision-making skills in a live environment
• Basic understanding of audio mixing and studio lighting
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of broadcast production software and equipment
• Experience with lighting and video equipment
• Training will be available

Schedule:

Our live auctions are mainly in the evenings

Wed-Sat 7pm-12am/1am

Sun 4pm-9pm

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
