Requirements
:

  • At least 1 year experience Logistics or Supply Chain,
  • Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues,
  • Microsoft Office Programs knowledge,
  • High customer focus and teamwork spirit,
  • Analytical and problem solving oriented,
  • Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Customer-oriented, capable of taking initiative, when necessary,

Job Description:

  • Checking that all orders are processed and stock request are done
  • Maximum truck sizing of different vehicle types with the most efficient way in the SAP system
  • Sharing the latest order status data with P&G customers and P&G Contacts
  • Dummy order entry
  • Product and Order postponements or in advance process by the information from category contacts & warehouse contacts
  • Distributor via Discounter truck sizing process
  • Return Order Entry and return invoice tracking
  • Timely and Accurate Report Sharing
  • Arranging necessary DDSs with the related parties
