Requirements:

At least 1 year experience Logistics or Supply Chain,
Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues,
Microsoft Office Programs knowledge,
High customer focus and teamwork spirit,
Analytical and problem solving oriented,
Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow,
Strong communication skills,
Customer-oriented, capable of taking initiative, when necessary,

Job Description:

Checking that all orders are processed and stock request are done
Maximum truck sizing of different vehicle types with the most efficient way in the SAP system
Sharing the latest order status data with P&G customers and P&G Contacts
Dummy order entry
Product and Order postponements or in advance process by the information from category contacts & warehouse contacts
Distributor via Discounter truck sizing process
Return Order Entry and return invoice tracking
Timely and Accurate Report Sharing
Arranging necessary DDSs with the related parties
