About the Role

As an LMS Administrator, you will manage and optimize our Learning Management

System (Skilljar), ensuring seamless course operations, supporting Instructor-Led

Training (ILT), and driving project initiatives to enhance learning experiences. You will

collaborate with global teams, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain and

improve LMS functionality while providing technical support and reporting insights.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience managing LMS platforms (Skilljar preferred) and

familiarity with systems such as Certiverse, Salesforce, Stripe, and MS 365.

  • Skills: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, manage users,

roles, permissions, and generate actionable reports from LMS data.

  • Project Management: Experience in planning and driving internal Academy

projects independently.

  • Communication: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal

skills for collaborating with global teams.

  • Work Mode: On-site preferred (Mumbai), remote option open for exceptional

candidates.

  • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
