🎓 LMS Content Publishing Specialist

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented LMS Content Publishing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end publishing process of digital learning content, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for learners.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full LMS publishing cycle for video-based courses, including uploading and organizing videos, quizzes, HTML-based materials, learning paths, certificates, and supporting assets in line with approved structures.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of all course components before publishing to ensure functionality, correct sequencing, formatting, and a smooth learner experience.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all LMS entries, including course information, metadata, and learner-facing content.
• Execute LMS administration and content setup tasks with precision, attention to detail, and a zero-error mindset.
• Collaborate closely with Education teams, instructional designers, trainers, content developers, and IT to ensure successful implementation of learning solutions.
• Ensure strict quality control across all learning materials, demonstrating strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in LMS administration, e-learning operations, content publishing, or digital learning support.
• Hands-on experience with video-based learning, online assessments, quizzes, and preferably HTML-based content.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, accuracy-critical tasks.
• Strong understanding of course structure, naming conventions, and learner experience standards.
• Ability to test and review digital content thoroughly before publishing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• High level of accountability, organization, and commitment to quality.
• Good technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn LMS tools and publishing workflows.
