LMS IT Coordinator

Manage LMS user accounts (teachers, school coordinators, regional coordinators) including setup, permissions, and troubleshooting.

Provide remote support to users (via WhatsApp, phone, email, or online sessions).

Monitor LMS performance, ensuring smooth online/offline functionality, and escalate issues to the IT/development team.

Coordinate with the IT team to resolve device or connectivity-related issues when reported.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

•  Install, configure, and maintain laptops, and Chromebooks.
•  Troubleshoot connectivity, LMS access, and offline mode testing issues.
•  Ensure internet connectivity, LAN/Wi-Fi stability, and proper device configurations.
•  Conduct training sessions for coordinators and teachers on IT tools and LMS usage.
•  Develop simple user guides/manuals for common IT issues.
•  Act as the first point of contact between school staff and the management team.
•  Maintain IT records, usage logs, and issue reports for each school.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
