THE JOB

The Senior Analyst - Premium Seats serves as the primary analytical partner for our premium season seat business. This role supports leadership by delivering insights into premium inventory performance, pricing, client trends, and revenue optimization. The analyst will work closely with Premium Sales, Analytics, Ticketing, and IT to build scalable reporting, establish reliable data integrations, and drive data-informed decision making.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Premium Inventory & Revenue Analysis

  • Analyze season seat and premium inventory performance across venues, including sell-through trends, utilization, and revenue mix.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that highlight revenue pacing, sell-through, and renewal risk.
  • Identify opportunities for inventory optimization, packaging strategies, and revenue growth.

Client Pipeline & Sales Performance

  • Partner with premium sales teams to evaluate pipeline health, conversion rates, and account executive performance.
  • Develop standardized KPIs to measure the effectiveness of outreach, lead quality, and season seat retention.

Pricing Strategy & Modeling

  • Prepare data sets, insights, and scenario analyses to inform pricing decisions and product configurations.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented pricing strategies throughout the season.

Data Integration & Systems Management

  • Collaborate with IT to establish and maintain automated data feeds between Salesforce, Archtics, and enterprise data environments.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and schema alignment across ticketing, inventory, and CRM systems.
  • Partner with data engineering to expand the data model for premium seating use cases.

Reporting & Executive Support

  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for leaders across the division.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights in meetings with Premium Sales leadership.
  • Create automated reporting suites for weekly, monthly, and seasonal business reviews.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing ticketing, premium seating, or related revenue streams within sports, live entertainment, or venue-based businesses.
  • Expertise in Tableau, with the ability to design intuitive dashboards and produce clear, executive-ready visualizations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building analytical models and creating polished reports.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Archtics, or comparable CRM/ticketing platforms.
  • Understanding of relational databases and complex data models.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner directly with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$64,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD
