Job Title: Data Entry CSR – Logistics Department

Location: Saddar, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-Time / Evening + Night Shift

Job Overview:

Ø We are hiring experienced Data Entry Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Logistics department. If you have a strong command of data entry, load creation and accuracy in handling logistics operations as tracking and tracing this opportunity is for you.

Office Timing:

· 6:00 PM – 03:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Key Responsibilities:

· Enter loads and logistics data accurately and without errors

· Maintain data quality and meet daily targets

· Coordinate with the operations and CSR team

· Ensure timely updates and smooth workflow

· Provide excellent customer support when required

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree Must

· Prior experience in Logistics CSR / Data Entry

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Strong communication in English & typing skills

· Responsible, punctual and team-oriented
