Job Responsibilities :
To receive, store and distribute petroleum products in Safe and cost effective manner by following Operating, HSSE, Quality, Quantity, Maintenance & Statutory norms. Serve the customer in time. Lead a motivated team.
Job Accountabilities
Minimum operating and transit losses

Reconcile Daily dispatches with TFI, GI and security and Control Room Officer at Day End
-
Ensure correct calibration of small measures, TLCU, Prover, Flow meters and Tank Trucks
-
Ensure that correct Density @ 15 C is mentioned on all Invoices
-
Monitor Trucks pilferage cases, shortages casesand take up with Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate with Scheduling centre for diversion of accidental TT

Undertake surprise checking of trucks loading in gantry
Reduction in costs

Monitor and control costs against Budget

Monitor and reduce Trucks loading cycle time, KM run per month and TT turnaroundwithin target

Monitor and reduce average shortage per TT

Optimize administrative expenses
Achievement of Q & Q proposition and customer satisfaction

Ensure check bay performance vis-à-vis TTs everyday as per SOPs and check two hourly density vis-à-vis batch formation density and no complaints on density variation, water & sludge

Ensure quarterly verification of flow metres

Induct TTs as per SOPs and keep record. Daily reconciliation of Locks / Keys & seals

TT calibration and pressure testing and issuance of TREM card in terminal

Ensure that PRs / Pos are raised well in time and payments to vendors are processed as per payment terms after making Service Entries / GRNs
Total compliance to Operations, HSSE, and Quality management system and maintenance procedures

Comply with all ISO requirements undertake internal ISO audits and achieve nil non conformities in ISO audits

Ensure use of PPEs and system of work permits

Coordinate with Logistic Co-ordinator, RLL representative and TT Officer for availability of trucks, spot/additional requirements and status of loaded trucks etc

Ensure collection of all documents and PODs, feedback forms from tank truck crew and scrutinize all the documents/instruments for next load before issuing Loading Advice Note

Co-ordinate and ensure updating of customer, truck and other masters in SAP system for smooth operations

Preparation of reports relating to TT movement, TT shortages analysis and timely submission to HO

Prepare truck dispatch plan/truck order linking based on priorities given as per schedule for Customers and Oil companies smoothly

Follow up with W&M officials for TT calibration, TLCU calibration, and Flow Meter calibration
Learning and Development

Arrange to conduct training to TT crew and other contract staff as per designed training module and conduct tool-box talks

Impart functional training to employees and agency staff
Education Requirement :
Graduate Engineer (Any Discipline)
Experience Requirement :
Minimum 2-3 Years Experience In RRTF/ Plant
