Loader/Unloader Warehouse Worker (Podgorica, Montenegro)

The Loader / Unloader Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, handling, and moving goods within a warehouse or distribution center. This role ensures efficient loading and unloading of shipments, proper storage of materials, and accurate inventory handling while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently
• Move, stack, and organize goods within the warehouse
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
• Assist with inventory management, including labeling, sorting, and counting
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (if certified)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
• Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or equipment issues
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling role is a plus
• Forklift certification or ability to operate warehouse machinery preferred
• Ability to read shipping documents and follow instructions
